The room was good-sized with a fan, and the common bathroom and lovely kitchen were just as described. Everywhere was spotless. I enjoyed the unbeatable location close to many shops. the staff members were helpful and friendly.

We stayed 5 nights and would come here again when visiting Portugal. The hotel is spotless with very attentive staff members. A bus station is walk from the property, central location. Santa Maria district deserves to be explored.

The accommodation was family-friendly and spotless. Rooms were exceptionally nice. the staff were great, lovely, and know their duties. Our location was marvelous, close to the city center. Ate at the Buffet at Aria, it's just a short stroll away from the venue.

The nearby location to an art museum was ideal.

Clean and spacious room, comfy bed, well-equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi worked well. Conveniently located near supermarkets, bus stops, seafront, and old town. Would recommend and stay again.

The room had a common bathroom but I really loved how close it was to the city center.

Great location-10 mins walk from the ocean, local market, center, supermarket, bus stops restaurants and there are coffee bars already in 1 minute. Well equipped and clean kitchen, plenty of storage place for food outside terrace to rest, kind hosts, car and scooter rental opportunities. The door is always locked, so safety is not an issue. Go for it if you prefer a smaller place and not a big hotel.

Room details were not accurate: there was no "city view" as listed, there was no "landmark view" as listed , so the balcony was pretty useless, the property did not have a "private entrance" for the room - you needed to go through communal rooms to access the bedroom. Quite a bit of an overstatement there on the facilities.
